capitalism ruins nations

How can American's proudly say "All men are created equal." Really? So if you take 100 people and give one of them millions of dollars and then the majority of the others get less than enough to live on. Can you call those people equal? Well this is what Capitalism does, the rich stays rich and the poor stay poor. sadly i have to say i live in a country like this. Where 1% of America's could away over half their money and still be richer than everyone. Because of capitalism Americans can no longer can work their way to a better place in life. They're lucky to have a job now! The once great America, the "land of opportunity", is slowly diminishing because of capitalism. if The U.S is doing this bad now imagine what it will be like in years to come. Will everyone be living on the streets while the select few have all the money, which they keep for themselves. Now what is capitalism some may ask. It's said by those who created it be an economic system in which the means of production and distribution are privately or corporately owned and development is proportionate to the accumulation and reinvestment of profits gained in a free market. It should be known as a way for the rich to make more money off hard working people while the people suffer to make minimum wage. I may sound extreme but tell that to the millions of Americans unemployed. Because the people of America don't have the money they work hard for they are seen as scum. those who can afford nice things stay away from people who are struggling to survive because they look "dangerous" to them. the rich are the real danger. The rich have an abundance of food which if doesn't get eaten they just throw away. This creates unneeded waste. The food could go to American who really need it. Capitalism also makes people greedy. People now a day don't have as much money in their pockets, so they are much more unwilling to give it out or donate it. they feel that they need to be selfish because they believe no one will be there to help them if they lose their money. As you can see capitalism is ruining out once great nation. What can we do about it? i don't know. We would have to ask the CEO's and bosses of our work, and now our lives, if its alright to protest since they are truly the only ones in power.
